Résumé

The main purpose of writing this article is to look at the environmental problems that have plagued many people for many years and to find solutions to them. Today, most people face these problems. Mostly migrants and immigrants face this situation. In addition, 10-20% of the local population is included. As a person moves from one place to another, air exchange takes place. The human body, of course, senses changes in this process of metabolism and tries to adapt. Everyone has the ability to adapt and control them. The article is written to highlight the problems that may arise during these processes and to find solutions to them.
